I am curious. Does raw, unpasteurized whole milk, taste differently from store bought pasteurized whole milk?

Yes, much. I find it has a gamier taste (not bad just gamier). Also the milk hold onto properties of what the cow has been eating. So if the cow has eaten mostly grass, the milk will have a very slight grassy taste, or hay again a very slight hayey (New word!) taste, etc.
