Day 628 – It’s Time To Make Some Adjustments Starting Weight: 387.5 LBS Ending Weight: 349.5 LBS (-38 LBS) No weight lost this past week. My goal is to get down to 344LBS by Friday, March 26th. I’m not going to cheat this week, I’m going to reduce my calories, and my carbohydrate consumption will remain very low. I will continue to lift weights but I will not be doing any cardio (outside “play” excepted as usual). And 19.75″ lost.
Hello there! We’re back again with another Caveman Kitchen and today we are having paleo breakfast pizza. Ingredients are listed during the vid. We can’t take credit for coming up with this, everydaypaleo.com was the first place we saw it. She is an amazing cook so go check out her site. The difference between ours and hers – she puts the veggies on top and I would rather cook it in the eggs, so it is a bit less messy. Enjoy
