Paleo Beef Stir Fry Autoimmune Recipe

I show you how to use a wok and get the best flavour from simple ingredients without the use of salt or pepper or spices. Just simple food done well. Ingredients Olive oil for frying 2 beef steaks cut thinly 2 carrots cut thinly 1 purple onion cut thinly (any onion will do) 1 celery stick cut thinly (separate the leaves) In the mortar and pestle 1 small nob of ginger (marble size) 6 cloves garlic the root of the Corriander (Celantro) and the larger part of the stems. (the root has the strongest flavour) the white parts of the shallots To add later in cooking the celery leaves chopped 3 shallots cut thinly Corriander (Celantro) leaves chopped roughly Lemon juice to deglaze the wok hot water was added to the vegetables and a lid used to help steam them before browning I added the mortar and pestle ingredients after the meat was browned to save the ingredients from prolonged heat and to maintain the fresh sharp crispness of the flavours. If you add too early they burn easily and you loose flavour. The 2 beef steaks cost Aust This fed 3 and a 2 year old If you saw my earlier videos you will note that the kitchen is changing.
