Who does not want a lot of energy, not wanting to forget about the medication, to enjoy an enviable health, a happy soul in a healthy body? With the raw diet can be very easy to lose extra kilos, can cure almost any disease, since the worst of minors.
What I am saying is nothing new, it’s no secret, is not complicated, it’s only raw food.
But let’s see what the raw diet is?

Let us return to the benefits of this diet. Raw foods can help cure cancer, leukemia, tumors, diabetes, asthma, obesity, insomnia, acne, allergies, constipation, urinary infection, lack of energy, hair loss, cysts, etc.
How can we introduce raw diet in our lives?
First we have to be convinced that raw food is good for us. Of course, we will need a lot of will, but knowing that raw foods will help us fight diseases and ensure a longer life will help us stay on track.
One way to begin is by introducing more raw vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts we eat, or you can simply start the night, like me.
Start with two raw meals a day and the food, if you want a snack try eating a fruit, a rough desert or salad. Enter in your diet green batter.
In conclusion, I can guarantee that if you go raw, not necessarily completely, 80% is also well and see the difference for yourself.
