Question by kiwipixie06: Will I gain weight and will this benefit me?
My boyfriend and I are slowly starting a diet kind of like the Paleo diet but were slowly going into that so giving up things like dairy is still a bit out of the question. I decided today since it was my last day really eating what I want I got my last burger breakfast croissant sandwich meal (I hardly eat much to begin with but I figured it would be fair to treat myself one last time). Throughout the day after that I worked out and ate as much fruits and veggies and lean meats as possible.
could someone tell me and give me good advice about this and if I’m starting in the right track?
here was my daily intake:
Breakfast: Orange Juice with a sausage egg croissant sandwich and small has browns from burger king
lunch: I went to whole foods and made my own salad at the salad bar with spinach and mixed greens, mushrooms, carrots, cherry tomatos, black olives, broccoli and cucumbers with a mixture in a 1 oz cup of lime juice and olive oil plus some pepper and garlic powder. and I had an orange
Then a few hours later I went to Wendy’s with my boyfriend and bought a mandarin chicken salad.. I didn’t finish it and didn’t use all the dressing but it was a snack.
Lastly my mom stewed up some salmon, asparagus and carrots in a pot with a bit of salt and seasoning and a bit of soy sauce (not to much though) and so i had some of that and a banana on the side.
I work at 4 days a week so that also helps. Please give me any tips if you can.

Your diet is pretty good. Try to lay off any getting salads at fast food restraunts but thats just my personal preference.
