Question by Michael J. Beggs: Where can I find Paleo/Caveman/Primal Blueprint meal plans with a caloric breakdown?
I am in a bulking (weight gain) stage right now so I need a high calorie diet. I know it will be hard to get a lot of calories on a diet that relies almost solely on meat and fruits/veggies but I think this is the healthiest way to put on lean weight.

Skip the whole “official diet” nonsense. You know the tenets: eat foods that are real, whole and natural. Apply them! You can easily increase your calorie intake by adding butter or olive oil to recipes – for instance, saute your vegetables in butter instead of steaming them, or toss them in olive oil and roast. Load up on energy-dense nuts and avocado as well.
