Question by Kevin Plus: What is healthier – raw milk or sterilized by boiling raw milk?
I’ve read that by drinking raw milk you could get E. coli, salmonella, listeria, or other diseases. By boiling the raw milk and letting it cool down, will the bacterium go away? If I boil the milk, does the “good stuff” such as vitamins, enzymes…. disappear? Thanks.
Is there a difference between pasteurized milk from the store and boiled raw milk? Thanks.

Geez just buy a gallon at the store…lol I’m not really that rude. I’d say boil it to avoid diseases.
