There are lots of bum exercises that you can do very easily. I have put together a number of steps that you can do which will help with toning your bum and other areas of the body.
1. The Bum Cheek Tenses – Ok so I have named that myself! This is the easiest of all the bum exercises as you can do this while driving your car or while you are in the office. While you are sitting there, clench your bum cheeks and hold for 10 seconds. Gradually increase the time they are clenched for better results.
2. Go for a stroll – It is very easy to ensure you get lots of walks in. Just change your routine a little, may be not drive as many places. I know that this will add time to journeys but it will be worth it in the long. You should think about doing the bum clenches as you walk.
3. Do Lunges – These are brilliant for toning bum and other areas of the body. Don’t start off with too many but aim to do 2 – 3 set of about 15 each day.
4. Squats – These are actually great for your thighs as well. Stand in a relaxed position with your back straight and bend your knees to perform the squat. You should aim to do 3 sets of 12 – 20 repetitions daily.
5. Bike riding – When was the last time you rode a bike? Did your bottom hurt the next day? Yes? Well, part of that is bruising but it was also aching because you were exercising the muscle.
6. Doing Steps – This is another of the bum exercises that we have been through that you can perform at home. You can just use the step of your stairs. Put some music on and step away. Try to do at least 20 minutes.
7. Go Running – If you aren’t very active then start incorporating walking into your routine. Once you are fitter then try going for a run. Don’t over do it, restrict yourself to a few times per week.
