Question by moretyme4me: If antibiotics causes weight gain, what can be done to stop it?
I have heard and first hand seen that antibiotics can cause weight gain. How can this be combated? I am going to be on a low does antibiotic for several years and I can’t do the weight gain.

I only know that predisone causes weight gain. Steroid’s. If your taking a steroids, it makes it hard to burn calories. Just don’t overeat during that time.
