Question by mina: What are the characteristics of raw milk quality?
I need to answer this question for a report from a good and valid source.

Milk is just milk
with today’s food laws ? ?
milk from hundreds- thousands of cows are blended and processed to separate the fat (cream)
except for the nature of the cream . . mainly used in cheese making or butter
I can’t see any quality difference
OR unless you own a cow how you would you or I know
even then you get personal opinions
sorry I have cheese making and butter sources
but I don’t see how they help you
