Ahh–I couldn’t load the whole article and I haven’t finished the Duluth Sunday Trib yet. I think it’s good they got it. I just don’t trust raw milk products in this day and age. There’s too much stress on our food chain and marketing right now. Some countries are experiencing TB epidemics, and the TB in this century is a lot more virulent than what went on in the early to mid 1900′s. Raw milk is a huge contribuatory source to the to the incubation and spread of TB.
In WI most dairy and cattle farmers are opposed to lifting bans on raw milk. Pasteurization is a miracle, and still works today. Considering world population, pasteurization should be mandatory unless it’s for critical medical reasons that someone needs raw milk.
