Raw milk that hasn’t been skimmed is going to be equivalent to whole milk. Half and half is half whole milk and half cream.
Keep in mind, too, that raw milk has not been pasteurized and so is a really easy way to ingest microbes that can cause various degrees of intestinal illness.
