Question by Modest Girl: Do you think that going on a water-only beverage diet (while still eating of course) is healthy?
I suffer from migraines and fatigue and I am looking for a way to cleanse my body. I think this is similar to what the cavemen would do, somewhat. Do you think this is healthy? BTW I am allergic to milk and I take a magnesium/calcium supplement. Thanks a lot.

Yes that fine, i do that because soda is like really bad for you
