I can’t vouch for the prices, but the Pike Place Market Creamery and the Madison Market both sell raw milk, but it’s from the same dairies that sell at Farmer’s Markets, so I doubt there’s much of a price difference. Or try: http://warawmilk.com/
Some reasons for the high price:
1) It comes from local(ish) dairies that are small family operations, so they can’t be as cheap as the mass market dairies. The big dairies won’t do raw milk.

3) It goes bad much more quickly, so they probably lose a lot of product or have to keep supply below demand.
