Then you can go into the cardio exercise stage with a body ready to begin some serious workouts.
Because there never seems to be enough hours in a day, one thing that does get missed a lot is breakfast. This is a big mistake.Missing meals is not a good way to lose weight anyway and certainly not if that meal is the morning one.After your morning workout, you should take the time to eat breakfast. This will keep your metabolism ticking over through the day. It will also help to prevent snacking, which is a significant factor in weight increase.

Not intentionally, but nevertheless if we compare ourselves continually with others it can do more harm than good.Our small successes dwindle in comparison to what others have and are achieving. By that I mean, take the stairs, not the elevator, walk to work instead of riding(if you can), park the car further away from the supermarket entrance, to force you into walking more.
