Question by shortkidsrock: Nutritionist or dietition please help me?
Hi! I’m a sixteen year old girl. I’m an athlete and work out with soccer usually 4 times a week for 90 minutes and workout 2 or 3 times by myself doing weight lifting and plyos for 45 min. I’m doing the paleo diet and I feel great on it. The only issue is I’m worried about my fruit consumption. When I’m hungry I of course eat veggies & protein but I would definitely eat alot of fruit. For example, today I ate a peach, 2 apples, 2 bowls of strawberrys, and a pear. Is this too much??

Your fruit intake is fine. The natural sugars in fruit are OK. Fruit contains antioxidants, enzymes, minerals, vitamins and fiber and is not fattening. A lot of dried fruit could be fattening due to the high sugar content but raw fruit is fine.
