Has anyone tried this diet? It is more of a lifestyle change, than a regular diet ( caveman diet). how did your body react to the change in food? were you able to stick with if for a long period of time?

ive been caveman for like 5 months and intend on continuing for life.
the first couple of weeks i was tired since my body had to get adapt but after that every single day has just been better and better… never feel tired, allergy is gone, better skin hair and nails, glowy eyes, nothing stresses me, i feel stronger, constant energy throughout the day, no rollercoaster blood sugar… everything is good. the most effective “diet” out there which everybody should follow for mental and physical health
its pretty easy to stick with imo
