Question by : How much weight can one expect to lose within the first week and a half of the Paleo Diet?
I’m 140 pounds and 5’3” and a teenager. I exercise every day for an hour to an hour and a half. Please don’t give me anything telling me not to lose weight. I’m really not interested. But, if any of you have tried the Paleo Diet, please tell me how much you lost withing the first week or so.
