Is there a way to show to teenagers what happens when the body gains weight? What can I do to visually show what fat looks like? Is there a way to show something like jello to symbolize weight gain? If I were to do an experiment with the teenagers, how can I show them that eating fast food every day is bad for them?

show them a picture of a fat dude and ask if that’s what they wanna be like when they grow up
