Fat loss is the other f word that everybody hates. Why is it some people are skinny and can eat everything that they want and others even look at something with sugar or grease on it and they plump up like a Thanksgiving turkey.
The first step to the beginning of any weight loss plan is to prepare emotionally. Discuss either in your head or right out loud to yourself why you are doing this and what you are going to do to make it happen. Throw in there a few good words about how you are worth it and how good you will feel after shedding some pounds.
Next do up a big dinner but when you are alone or people might take it the wrong way. At this meal have all of your favorite sinful foods that you love to eat but are not going to take with you into your weight loss journey. Eat as much as you want and make sure you have made your peace with a sweet goodbye to bad food.
Adjust to the fact that you are going to have to get and stay active for life if you want to lose pounds and keep them off. You do not have to go overboard and start doing things that you cannot keep up doing without hurting yourself. Just take it nice and easy and allow your body to get used to it.
Do not over think what you are doing, take each day as it goes. If you eat something that you should not eat do not beat yourself up about it. Mistakes happen and you just refocus and carry on.
Focus is the major aspect to keeping a good momentum going with any fat loss plan. Discipline will be something that is needed to but this will be a daily struggle to over come. Take it day by day and just love yourself completely mistakes and all.
