Question by heather25: I gained weight on Zoloft. If I switch to another antidepressant will the weight gain likely go away?
I’ve gained 30 lbs since starting Zoloft. It works really well for me, but the weight gain is upsetting. Has anyone who gained weight from an antidepressant lost weight after switching?
As a side note, I do not want to try Wellbutrin because it isn’t supposed to be good for anxiety.

yes I gained weight with one of the medicines I was on before.I lost some weight after switching it took a little exercise.
