Products like these are usually labeled as “bio” or branded as “demeter”. You can find them in many supermarkets side by side with the usual products. Apart from this, there are health food stores (Reformhaus) in towns and cities.
There is no clear term for grass fed beef in German, it’s mostly paraphrased as “Grünlandhaltung” or “Weidehaltung”. Raw milk is called “Vorzugsmilch”, sometimes “Bio-Rohmilch”.
Farmers who sell organic products are known by the nickname “Bio-Bauer”.
