Question by mohawkmonsoon: How much does hydration have to do with weight gain?
Lets pretend someoe is skinny and they start eating a ton and doing pushups to gain weight. But they don’t drink a lot of water. Could this have a negative affect on the ability to gain weight?

Not really, but it could leave you dehydrated and cramping. It could also make you constipated.
At the worst, you could end up in the hospital from dehydration. Or, you could end up with an extremely embarassing condition called fecal impaction, where you doctor literally has to pick the crap out of your intestines, or shove a suppository up there. Either way, it’s NOT fun.
If this hypothetical situation is actually you in real life, start drinking more water. It’s good for you. It keeps you running smoothly (in more ways than one) and help keeps your skin looking smooth and firm.
