I eat low carb, and I inline speed skate for fitness…?
I know that most people eating low-carb focus on strength training. Does anyone have tips on eating low-carb while exercising high-intensity, high endurance? Has anyone read “Paleo diet for athletes”? I take Potassium supps, and a multivitamin, and will be limiting my carbs to 60 per day.

Man, thats like the atkins diet! Not healthy! You need carbs for energy!
More importantly its about eating the right kind of carbs than limiting them.
Like carbs in yogurt and cottage cheese, fruits ans veggies are great whereas, processed foods are the killer!
