Question by Kelsie: iv been doing high intensity interval training… now what?
I was doing low intensity cardio for a long time and eventually hit a plateau. then i read all these things about high intensity interval training and that worked wonders! but i started to hit a plateau again just doing the HIIT on the treadmill for 6 weeks so i switched to the stair stepper and it has been about 6 or 7 weeks but now im hitting a plateau again and i dont want to lose weight cuz i weigh 109 right now and i am 5’5″ but i still have fat and love handles that i really am having a struggle with so what do i do now?? i eat really healthy (although i do eat like 5 servings of grains a day and i know thats a lot and im going to change that) and i also do pilates. im going to start this paleo diet and i started taking apple cider vinegar but i feel like my exercise plan is faltering…. so anyone help? could it be from all that bread that my fats not going anywhere?? or is it my exercise routine/?

acv is great.

stick with the hiit…..just move to an outdoor track and do ”tabata”, or run hills

lift some weights

you need to cut out the carbs, except for some simple carbs immediately after working out and a serving of whole grains w/in an hour

lifting weights and adding muscle will make you gain weight, but you’ll look good. don’t worry about what the scale says, worry about what the MIRROR says and how your clothes fit
