I see similar questions about this..I started this diet by reading a book called The Caveman Diet by Tracy Jones….let me tell you…. in 6 weeks time I’ve lost 27lbs.. no joke. My body fat has gone from 27% to 19%. I’m feeling great, have energy, and people tell me I look great.
