Question by ME!!: What encourages you to keep on continuing with your weight loss/weight gain goals?
I have been really good for today, basically the beginning of my weight loss journey. I’ve tried many times before, but I really want this to be the time I succeed. Any advice?

I started my weighloss adventure about 4 months ago. I have done no diets. Just increased my physical activity and controlled the junk foods. I have lost 27 lbs and feel great. When I started I could barely run a mile. Now I can run 10 with not too much sweat.
