Question by Gent Of Style: How does one GAIN weight in a healthy manner?
I’m 34 years old and have weighed in at somewhere between 120 and 130 lbs. since I was in grade nine. I eat what I think is a normal amount for an adult, so it’s not a matter of needing to eat more, maybe better but not more. I have a hereditary fast metabolism, so I am sure that is a lot of the issue. However, I am geting married next September and for the first time in my life I care a little bit more about what I look like. I don’t want to be a body builder by any means but I would like to put a little weight and muscle on so I look noticably healthier for my wedding.
Looking for tips on diet and exercise that might promote a healthy weight gain. I know the questions usually go the other direction here, but any help you could offer would be great.
