I’m at overwhelming odds right now in deciding how to eat. I used to be vegetarian and was also vegan but none of it felt right to me. If you have to supplement your diet with manmade vitamins and supplements because your diet is lacking, its not healthy. Argue all you want, its not healthy.

Paleolithic makes the most sense to me. They’ve studied the last of the tribes in the world and they are stronger, leaner, faster, no depression, diseases, mental disorders, etc. They follow paleolithic eating, cavemen eating.

Here is my problem. For me it’s health versus ethics. I can’t be optimally healthy as a vegetarian, but farming and ‘livestock’ is completely against my ethics. It’s not about hunting and gathering anymore and I have a hard time supporting the farming/ranching industries and we are killing of loads of fish in the water sources.

So how can I eat paleolithic without supporting farming and ranching and contributing to the massive destruction of the oceanic ecosystem?

You cannot be healthy eating vegetarian without supplementing, especially B12 just as one example. Foods made with soy protein etc are still artificial and have additives and supplements added into them. Bread has additives, vitamins and supplements added into them, it’s not a whole food way of eating, most vegans/vegetarians still eat alot of processed foods disguised as ‘healthy’, when in fact they are wreaking havok on hormones the same as the steroids in the meat industry. If you have any dairy products, they are too supplemented and processed.
