someone told me of the caveman diet which works really well and easy to do. and you don’t need to count calories. all it consists of back in the early times when cavemen couldn’t eat ice cream or bread. it is strictly foods that come from animals and from the earth. nuts and berries era. i enjoy doing it because it helps you steer clear of all types of bad foods. so there is no real question other than does anyone think that is a good diet plan???? i think it rocks. recommend it to any dieters.
