Raw Milk Trial day 5 Michael Schmidt Mark McAfee in Newmarket Ontario Canada

Dr Ronald Robert Hull raw milk expert from Australia testified this morning to a very appreciative audience, as did Dr Theodore Beals yesterday, who received an enthusiastic round of applause from the audience – whereas otherwise they are as quiet as mice. The atmosphere was as if colleagues together had come together to share their research. It was not easy, in my view, for the prosecutor to make a case for the opposition, although she tried really hard in a very professional way. I am writing this at lunch time, so I am looking forward to this afternoon when the Crown Attorneys bring their expert witnesses. I am sure that, regardless of the outcome of this particular trial, all the people present will have had a lot of food for thought and further research and collaboration…. see you tomorrow at the International RAW MILK Symposium at OISE…..and if you are not in the Ontario area – I will record as much of it as I can to share with you all… PS the long and short of what was brought out today in Dr Hull’s testimony is that farm fresh raw milk unprocessed and not pasteurized (homogenized) from animals who are on a healthy pasture on a farm where the farmer etc works for optimum health in a very conscious way has all the ingredients to digest it and is free from pathogens.

Ouch. 1 year ago at about this time I got a massive case of campylobacter from drinking raw milk. I ain’t mad at it though. I’m drinking 6 quarts of raw milk per day right now.
