well my state is wondering if raw milk is “safe” and “acceptable” well what is you opinion on Raw Milk VS. Pasturized Milk

Raw milk right from the cow is bacteria free.
through handling and transporting and going from one container to another it can become contaminated with a number of bacteria.
Staph, Listeria, Botulism, to mention a few.
Pasteurization will kill these bacteria (175F for botulism) and it increases shelf life.
raw milk will only last a day or two.
Past milk can last up to 17 days.
There have been cases where raw milk has made people sick and even killed them from bacteria.
I grew up on a farm and drank raw milk but it was a clean family farm and this milk was very fresh.
