why are chickpeas and peas banned from the paleo diet?what;s wrong with them?Also can anyone please provide a full list of what to eat and what not to ear on this diet?thanks!

Paleo. What did cavemen eat? That is what is on your list.Here is what info I found on this diet. I applaud any diet that increases protein and reduces dietary sugar intake.
