Is Raw Milk legal to sell in Pennsylvania? If so, can it only be bought at farms or can it also be bought at markets?

That is a really good question. I have never seen raw milk in a market, probably because of FDA regulations. If it’s a small operation, you can probably sell it direct to the locals without legal issues.
