i want to go on a diet. but i can’t find any that don’t cost money! i don’t have any money to spare. but i need it so bad!!! i have already looked at the Caveman Power Diet… and let’s just say… it doesn’t work for me. and i don’t want answers requesting something with a Free Trial. i need something totally free of cost. please help!!!

Well depends how much weight you want to lose, etc.
I would personally suggest eating atleast 3-4 meals a day, and not going over 1500 calories.
Exercise is important, focus mainly on cardio and endurance workouts. Run, lift LIGHT weight (15-20 reps), and so forth.
