Question by Mike: Is it posible to avoid weight gain through a very healthy diet alone?
Just curious if exercise is an absolute must. I don’t drive and walk everywhere and play a little tennis but can’t see myself ever becoming an exercise fan. I’ve always been pretty thin too. Just curious. And I reiterate I’m talking about weight gain, not tone or muscle development.

Absolutely. Diet is the larger factor is weight loss or gain. Exercise compliments the process and leads to a healthier lifestyle, but it doesn’t help nearly as much in weight reduction as diet does. So between the choice of the two, diet is the way to go. You are good to go.
