Question by Mars: How much weight can I expect to gain while on 10 mg of Prednisone/day?
I’m 23 years old and am considered low-average weight. I’ll be taking that dosage for at least a month, and may continue for a few more months depending on its effectiveness. I plan on cutting sodium, simple sugars and fatty foods from my diet, as well I am fairly active and exercise at least 3 times a week. Is weight gain really inevitable? How about moon face?

I was on this when i was 14 and i lost 15lbs in one month I didnt gain any weight just lost alot.
