Question by dog whisperer: got a pretty serious question about hives. i have the usual welts that itch, and now am on th “Caveman diet”
to find the sourse of the food allergy. The itching is subsiding, But before I call my doctor, is it normal to have red welts that are not raised over my legs etc. they look awful. It’s like it’s going away, but not totally. It just looks different than when I was really itchy. Any help is truley appreciated

It may just take them longer to completely go down. I had hives for 10 years and they went away when I quit eating gluten from wheat, rye and barley.
