Question by anna: Please help, two questions, answer soon?
First, I want to try the Paleo Diet. How do I ask my mom to let me try it? She’s a vegetarian and doesn’t like cooking meat, but I’m willing to cook it.
Second, the meat I’m supposed to eat, fresh lean meat, is rather expensive at the store. What can I do about that?
I’m not trying to lose weight. I just want to be healthy, and I’ve read a lot about this diet and think it’s very healthy.

I wouldn’t undertake any kind of diet unless you see your physician FIRST. There are all kinds of diets out there written by people who don’t know anything about human nutrition. So see your doctor or call a human nutritionist at your land grant agricultural college or university and get advice FIRST.
You do not want to do something that will create a nutritional deficiency or cause you serious harm.
