Question by P-Bananas: I’m thinking of switching up my diet routine…experts any advice?
I eat very healthy, but i’m getting bored. I bulked up nicely from working out, now i want to get leaner and more athletic looking. I’m thinking of becoming a caveman of sorts, I will eat mostly meat ( 40-50 %) of my diet. I will also eat nuts, beans, fruits and ALOT of veggies. I will still drink milk, but are there any other atlernatives for grains than bread? Almost every grain is packaged and i want to steer clear of that.

I’m also droping the weights, I’m going to do strictly body-weight excercises – i’m not going to focus on isolation either, more compound excercises to get alot of muscle groups involved. I will also up the intensity and reps.

I’m not going to cut any calories either.

I can’t see why you would drop the resistance training in place for body weight exercises as they are inferior and limited in number.

for complex carbs you can eat beans, lentils, barley, whole oats, etc.
