What is the difference between raw milk and organic milk?

Question by Questions: What is the difference between raw milk and organic milk?
I’m located in New Mexico and trying to find raw milk. I went to the a health store yesterday and all I could find was Kefir and Straus Organic Milk, which I bought. The milk had the cream on top and all that good stuff but is this the same as raw milk? If not, how can I find raw milk?

Raw milk would be unpasturized and unprocessed. The organic milk is probably not raw, check the packaging to see if it has been pasturized or processed with heat. As far as finding raw milk, go to a local farm that sells dairy products or ask the health food store is they can order you unpasturized milk.
